How does the privacy feature affect my connection to Hippo?
The Internet Explorer Privacy settings control third party cookies and cookies must be enabled in order to use Hippo. Internet Explorer gives you a range of options for managing cookies - from accepting every cookie to blocking all cookies (which could make using Hippo difficult). Therefore, it is important to ensure that your Privacy Settings are set to default level.

How do I change my privacy setting? You can change your privacy setting using the steps below. There are six privacy settings: Block All Cookies, High, Medium High, Medium (default level), Low, and Accept All Cookies.

What does each level of the privacy policy setting mean?
Please visit Microsoft's Technical Support site for detailed information regarding privacy-setting levels on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x.
