Change your Password
It is important to change your password from time to time. We recommend you change your password every 90 days. Your password can be five to eight characters, either all letters or numbers, or a combination of both. Choose a unique password that includes both letters and numbers. Do not choose passwords that are obvious like names, birthdays or telephone numbers that might be easy for others to figure out.

To change your password in Hippo simply log in using your current user name/password. Click on the link called CHANGE PASSWORD at the top right hand corner of Hippo. Enter your new password, confirm it by entering it again then click on SAVE AND CLOSE button. Thats it, your done. Please make sure you remember all new passwords entered. Once you have entered a new password, your old password will no longer be valid.
