Calendar
The Hippo calendar is a color coded monthly summary of all work orders. Highlighting the left hand side of the calendar enables daily, weekly and monthly views of scheduled tasks. The Jump to menu enables users to quickly navigate through months and years of scheduled tasks. Choosing a link inside a date will bring up the detailed work order.

Benefit: The Hippo calendar is not only a great way to organize and view your daily maintenance but can help administrators predetermine the neccessary preventative maintenance labour/parts costs for future dates.
