Add Specs
Form to add specifications pertaining to equipment in the facility.

Spec Name
Enter the name for the spec.

Description
Enter brief description for the spec.

Associated Equipment Models
Click and highlight all possible associated equipment models.

Hard Copy
Specify the hard copy division number.

URL
Enter a url/web site for the specification of an equipment. Clicking the View button brings up the entered url.
(note: you must be connected to the Internet)

Online File
Upload a file to a specified web server.

CD File
Save the location of a spec from a specific location from a cd rom. Simply click Add New button to add the name of the cd rom, then click the Browse button to save the location of a spec from that cd rom.

tip: clicking on the Save And Close button will save the information to Hippo. If you have more than 1 spec entry then choose Save And Add New and you will be able to add multiples.
