Add Equipment
Form used to add equipment into the Hippo system.

Equipment Name
Enter or edit the name for the equipment.

Equipment Model
Choose from a list of equipment models previously entered in the equipment models section.

Description
Enter brief description pertaining to the equipment.

Mechanical Drawing
Choose from a list of various mechanical drawings related to the equipment.

Electrical Panel
Choose from a list of various electrical panels the equipment will taking power from.

Serial Number
Enter equipment's serial number.

Distributor
Enter equipment's distributor name.

Installer
Enter installation company name.

Instal Date
Enter a date the equipment was installed. Hippo provides an easy to use digital calendar for entering monthly dates.

Warranty Expiry Date
Enter a warrant expiry date for the equipment. Hippo provides an easy to use digital calendar for entering monthly dates.

ID Tag Image File
Upload a ID Tag graphic into the system correlating to the particular piece of equipment.

Floor Plan
Identify which floor plan the equipment is situated for.

Space
Identify which space plan the equipment is situated for.

Equipment Coordinates
Choose a specific area for the equipment to be represented by Hippo. Simply click the PICK button and Hippo provides a new window with a floor plan for you to place the equipment to any desired location.

tip: clicking on the Save And Close button will save the information to Hippo. If you have more than 1 equipment model entry then choose Save And Add New and you will be able to add multiples.
