This form allows adding, editing and deleting of your contacts.

Company Name
Enter your contacts company name.

Title
Enter your contacts job title.

First Name
Enter your contacts first name.

Last Name
Enter your contacts last name.

Phone
Enter your contacts phone number.

Mobile
Enter your contacts cell phone number.

Pager
Enter your contacts pager number.

Fax
Enter your contacts fax number.

Email
Enter your contacts email address.

Text Message Email
Enter your contacts text message email address. Text messages are sent by SMS or Short Message Services. SMS is a general name for the technology which enables users to send and receive text messages via mobile phones.

tip: clicking on the Save And Close button will save the information to Hippo. If you have more than 1 contact entry then choose Save And Add New and you will be able to add multiples.
